Lucknow: After the newly elected Lok Sabha member from Kannauj in Uttar Pradesh and SP President Akhilesh Yadav was elected as the leader of the party parliamentary party on Saturday, it has become clear that now he will do central politics and resign from the membership of the Legislative Assembly. Akhilesh is an MLA from Karhal assembly seat of Mainpuri district.
Greeted the workers
37 SP candidates have managed to register victory in the Lok Sabha elections. After Akhilesh Yadav was elected the leader of the parliamentary party, the newly elected MPs of the party congratulated him. During this, Akhilesh greeted his workers with full enthusiasm. Akhilesh told reporters that SP MPs will work to talk about the interest of the people and will struggle by staying among the people.
PDA strategy was successful
On the strategy of PDA, Akhilesh Yadav emphasized that SP kept working on the strategy of backward, Dalit and minority i.e. PDA and we have got the result of this in the 2024 elections. We have two types of MPs, one who have got the certificate and the other who have not got the certificate. We congratulate both such MPs for the victory.
On the question related to Karhal assembly seat, Akhilesh said that SP has a long hold in Mainpuri and the result of that is that we have won the Lok Sabha elections there. SP MPs have elected me as the leader of the parliamentary party. I will sit with uncle Shivpal Singh Yadav and prominent leaders and discuss the future strategy.
